10E80 1/4" Male PVDF Spray Nozzle

The 10E80 PVDF Spray Nozzle is a heavy-duty, high-flow component engineered for critical car wash applications that demand a more powerful and wider spray pattern. This nozzle is an excellent choice for systems like the Front/Rear Bumper Blasters, which require strong water pressure to loosen tough dirt, as well as for Presoak and Spot Free Rinse arches, where broad, uniform coverage is essential for a high-quality wash.

This nozzle is constructed from durable PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) polymer, also known as Kynar. This material is highly resistant to chemical erosion and abrasion, ensuring the nozzle's integrity and performance are maintained even when exposed to harsh car wash chemicals and high-pressure water. The nozzle is easily identified by its light green color.

This model features a standard 1/4" Male NPT connection for easy installation. With a larger capacity size of #10, it is rated for a flow rate of approximately 1 GPM at 40 PSI. The spray angle adjusts with pressure, providing a versatile flat fan pattern:
