10E40 1/4" Male PVDF Spray Nozzle

The 10E40 PVDF Spray Nozzle is a high-performance, durable component engineered for car wash systems where a focused, high-impact spray pattern is required. This nozzle is an excellent choice for applications like the Front/Rear Bumper Blasters, where a concentrated spray is needed to dislodge stubborn debris, and for the Clear Coat and Drying Agent arches, where precise and efficient coverage is critical for a high-quality finish.

Like other premium nozzles in this series, it is constructed from durable PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) polymer, also known as Kynar. This material is exceptionally resistant to chemical erosion and abrasion, ensuring the nozzle's integrity and performance are maintained even when exposed to the harsh, chemical-rich environment of a car wash. The nozzle is easily identified by its white color.

This model features a standard 1/4" Male NPT connection for easy installation. With a capacity size of #10, it is rated for a flow rate of approximately 1 GPM at 40 PSI. The key feature of this nozzle is its narrow spray angle, providing a focused, flat fan pattern that adjusts with pressure:
