Driver Side Dual Chemical Tire Applicator (CTA) for Tommy Arches. This applicator boosts cleaning power with one foaming and one non-foaming head, targeting the lower vehicle sections for thorough coverage. Easily mounts to existing Tommy Presoak Arch via 2-1/2" clamp. CTA's apply detergent to the tires and wheels for added cleaning power.
