1/4" 4 PSI Drip-Free Arch/Tire Shine Diaphragm Check Valve

The ProFlo Diaphragm Check Valve is a vital component for maintaining a clean and efficient car wash operation. Its primary function is to prevent chemical or soap solutions from dripping out of the nozzles after the wash cycle has ended. The valve achieves this "drip-free" performance by utilizing a 4 PSI cracking pressure. This means the valve remains closed until the system pressure exceeds 4 PSI, effectively stopping any residual liquid from leaking out. This feature not only prevents unsightly spots and waste but also ensures that the precise amount of detergent is applied during the wash cycle. The valve is easily identified by its distinctive orange adjustment screw.

The valve's body is constructed from durable nylon, a material known for its excellent resistance to corrosion, impact, and temperature fluctuations. The valve features a 1/4" Male NPT connection on one end and a 1/4" Female NPT connection on the other, allowing a spray nozzle to be screwed directly into it for a seamless installation.
