Tommy Classic Acidic Line Cleaner is a tunnel maintenance product that should ONLY be ran through detergent poly lines and ladder racks to help free up build up from detergents. This detergent helps dissolve hard water, soap scum, algae, and detergent build up. The formulation contains strong acidic ingredients so it is important to wear proper PPE while handling this product. Do not use this product on stainless steel or other equipment as it is highly corrosive.
- Apply through any tommy’s detergent injector using a standard draw line and foot valve where clogging is present in the 1/2” poly tubing, ladder racks, and detergent applicators.
- Use a more concentrated dilution amount of clogging is excessive, using metering tips or versadial settings to apply. Do not exceed over a 30 on the versadial or a black on the metering tip dilution settings.
