The Stainless 2" Bore Tire Shine Retract Air Cylinder is a critical pneumatic component used to precisely control the movement of the Tire Shine brush assembly. Located within the Blower Room, this cylinder governs how far the brush extends toward the rolling vehicle as it passes through the applicator.
Key to its function is its size: a robust 2" bore and an effective 8" stroke. This cylinder features a durable stainless steel body that is highly resistant to corrosion from moisture and chemicals.
One end connects to the Tire Shine frame via the rear pivot bracket (with a 3/8" mounting hole), and the rod end (1/2" diameter, 7/8" thread length) connects to the rear brush arm. One cylinder is required for the driver side and one for the passenger side of the Tire Shine Applicator.
