Stainless Conveyor Rub Rail 60" Long

The Stainless Conveyor Rub Rail is a crucial protective component for your wash tunnel. Mounted alongside the driver and passenger sides of the conveyor, these rails act as a robust guide for vehicles, providing a vital line of defense in the event that a guest's tire is not perfectly aligned on the conveyor belt.

Constructed from highly durable stainless steel, these rub rails are engineered to withstand constant friction and the corrosive, wet environment of the wash tunnel. A key safety feature of the design is the distinct squealing noise it emits when a tire drags against it, alerting both the driver and the operator to a misalignment and helping to prevent costly damage to wash tunnel equipment. The rails are designed with 90-degree sides to securely lay over the top of the conveyor frame. Each rail is sold individually in a 5-foot (60") section.
