11" Stainless 15-Degree Reverse Hugger Drop Down Pivot Coupler
The Pivot Coupler is a critical component for the proper function of your Reverse Hugger brush unit. This coupler mounts to the top of the hydraulic motor cage and slides onto the hugger arm, creating a secure and reliable pivot point that allows the brush to operate correctly during the wash cycle.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, this coupler is built to withstand the demanding, corrosive environment of a wash tunnel. The coupler is precision-engineered with a 15-degree angle and an 11" length between the mounting and coupler sides, ensuring the correct geometry for your system. Its pivoting mechanism features a 1-1/2" inside diameter black UHMW bushing, a material known for its low friction and excellent abrasion resistance, which allows the arm to rotate smoothly and efficiently. The mount side of the coupler is equipped with four 3/8" mounting holes for a secure connection to the motor cage.
