Underbody Rust Inhibitor - PVC Sch. 80 Manifold (6-Port) (Replacement)
Robust replacement PVC manifold specifically designed for use in underbody rust inhibitor spray assembly(E-F2021). Constructed from durable 3/4" Schedule 80 PVC, this manifold is engineered for strength and corrosion resistance, crucial for the demanding environment of car wash operations. It measures 20 inches in length and features six (6) 1/4" NPT threaded ports, precisely spaced on 3-inch centers, for connecting individual nozzles. For main fluid line connections, one end of the manifold has a 1/2" Male NPT thread, while the other end has a 1/2" Female NPT thread. This manifold ensures precise and efficient distribution of rust inhibitor. For larger 12-nozzle underbody wash blaster applicators(E-P2011-A), two of the stainless steel underbody blaster manifolds(P-RP-0043) are utilized as an alternative.
