Underbody Rust Inhibitor Spray Manifold

Rust Inhibitor Manifold is a crucial component for applying underbody rust protection to vehicles as they move through the car wash tunnel. Designed for placement in the middle of the conveyor, this manifold sits securely on top of the pit grating. It features six strategically positioned spray nozzles, each delivering rust inhibitor product at a 65-degree spray angle to ensure comprehensive coverage of the vehicle's undercarriage.

The manifold plate is constructed from durable red UHMW plastic, known for its strength and resistance to wear and chemicals found in car wash environments. It includes four 1/2" diameter mounting holes for secure installation. A 1/2" inner diameter (ID) pipe runs through the center of the manifold, efficiently distributing the rust inhibitor product to each of the six spray nozzles.
