This heavy-duty valve, constructed from corrosion-resistant materials like Glass Filled Nylon, Acetal, and 304 Stainless Steel, is built to withstand harsh conditions. Its versatile design allows for top, bottom, or side wall mounting and can be configured for operation either above or below the waterline. The valve operates via a simple, proven mechanism where the float actuates a small pilot valve, which in turn controls the main diaphragm valve.
The J-TPV0100DLT boasts a high flow design, delivering an impressive 80 GPM at 75 PSI with its 1" NPT inlet. It operates efficiently across a pressure range of 5-100 PSI (0.3-7 Bar) and can handle maximum temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). A key feature is its slow shut-down mechanism, which effectively minimizes water hammer, protecting your plumbing system. The float position is easily adjustable without tools, and the valve even includes a switch to lock it in an off position.
