Operating by regulating the amount of hydraulic fluid flow delivered to the equipment, this controller allows for easy adjustment of brush speed. A convenient lever labeled 0-10 provides intuitive control: setting it to '0' bypasses all fluid directly back to the tank, effectively stopping the brushes, while '10' allows maximum flow for the fastest possible brush spin. A notable feature is its ability to maintain constant flow regardless of pressure fluctuations, ensuring consistent operation.

Integrated into the controller is a built-in pressure relief mechanism that safely bypasses excess oil back into the tank. Additionally, an accessible allen screw on top of the unit allows for adjustment of the relief pressure, which directly influences the motor's torque. This adjustability is crucial if brushes begin to slow down or stall under load, allowing operators to increase system pressure to maintain consistent performance. For troubleshooting, a brief turn of the speed adjustment to '0' can sometimes flush out minor debris causing inconsistent speeds.
