Pre 2020 POD Versadial Retrofit Kit

This retrofit kit features the necessary components needed to turn your Detergent POD into a versadial Detergent POD. Included in the retrofit kit are the brackets, versadial devices, and versadial injectors ranging in flow rates. This retrofit kit can increase efficiency in the wash tunnel and help save on detergent costs. By upgrading to the versadial detergent system, the Detergent POD will operate more effectively in various ways. The retrofit brackets are each 15-1/2" long and made of stainless steel to protect against rust and corrosion in the wash tunnel. Each bracket has five slots designed for the versadial injectors and 9/16" wide mounting holes to install the retrofit brackets onto the POD units. This kit is used together with the existing manifolds and draw lines on the POD's. This kit is designed for any Detergent POD's made before 2020.
