0-32 Range Versadial Device for POD's/FloPro

This versadial device is used in the Versadial Detergent and Maintenance POD's and FloPro units in the wash tunnel. This device gives the option to bring a wider range of dosing ratios for different detergent applications. The device includes a chemical control disk with 32 unique settings to control the dosing ratio of the detergent. This design eliminates the need for metering tips. Less maintenance is required due to the simplicity and consistency of this device and the elimination of the clogging. At the bottom of the device is a 1/4" hose barb for connecting the detergent line to. At the top of the device is a 1/2" hose connection to connect to the manifolds.
