1-1/2" OD X 10-1/4" Long Electric Wrap/Hugger Brush Stainless Stub Shaft Kit

This stub shaft kit is used on the Wrap/Hugger brushes with electric motors in the wash tunnel. The kit is used to help wash sites upgrade their bearings and stub shafts for better performance and durability. The kit includes the 1-1/2" OD X 10-1/4" Long electric motor stub shaft, clamping collar, bearings, chain coupler, machine key, and thread locker. The stub shaft is meant for electric motors and is 10-1/4" long, 1-1/2" OD, and contains four mounting holes that are 9/16" in diameter. The clamping collar has a 1-1/4" ID and is designed as a two-piece clamping collar. The bearings are four bolt stainless insert and housing bearings with a 1-1/2" bore. The chain coupler is meant for electric brushes and has a 1-1/8" bore with a two set screw design. The machine key is 1-1/4" long and 1/4" in diameter. The thread locker is meant for medium strength with a blue color and metal compatibility.
