The P-TB-215 is a prefabricated assembly that forms the structure and delivery system for the tire dressing application station. It is engineered for precise and efficient distribution of the chemical product onto the tires.

Assembly Components

The complete manifold assembly consists of multiple pre-fabricated components, designed for easy mounting and connection to the chemical supply system:

• Application Structure (3 Parts):
  • Two (2) Loops: These sections are typically curved or angled to target the side walls of the tires as they enter or pass through the application zone.
  • One (1) Straight Bar: This central section connects the two loops and often directs spray toward the tire treads or provides a uniform spray height.

Mounting Hardware:

• Unistrut: Included for supporting and bracing the manifold structure. Unistrut channels allow for flexible and secure mounting within the wash bay framework.
• Clamps: Included for securing the manifold structure to the unistrut or existing frame.

Function

The manifold receives the tire dressing chemical (via pumps and plumbing) and distributes it through a series of nozzles (not listed as part of this kit, but necessary for function) mounted on the loops and straight bar, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the tires.
