Tire Shine Shield Detergent Sling Shroud Kit
The Tire Shine Shield Detergent Sling Shroud is a crucial protective component used on the plexiglass Tire Shine Shield units. Its primary function is to contain the tire gloss detergent, effectively preventing overspray onto the vehicle's body and surrounding applicator equipment.
This shroud is made from durable 18-Gauge Stainless Steel, offering superior resistance to corrosion and the harsh chemicals used in the wash tunnel. Each piece is 47-3/4" long, providing a 95-1/2" long shroud on each side of the applicator for extensive coverage along the shield unit.
The design is universal for both the driver and passenger sides. It features a specific curved arch in the center to ensure the quick connect adapter used in the spray manifold remains easily accessible and unaffected. The shroud mounts easily to the shield hinge mounts using multiple 1/4" diameter mounting holes.
