The Programmed 10 Station Manifold for POD (P-AIR-2231-A) is an advanced pneumatic control unit crucial for managing air functions within the wash bay PODs (Detergent/Maintenance). This programmed unit provides extensive control capacity, supporting 20 individual valve stations with a total of 32 Inputs/Outputs. It uses Serial Wiring with an Input/Output Unit, which simplifies the overall wiring compared to traditional lead wire systems and enhances reliability. The multi-connector design simplifies maintenance and modifications.
Built for the demanding car wash environment, the manifold carries an IP67 protection rating, ensuring full resistance against dust and immersion in water.
