Black UHMW Tire Shine End Roller
The Black UHMW Tire Shine End Roller is a crucial protective component used at the entrance of the Tire Shine Application (sometimes referred to as the Tire Blaze Application). Its primary role is to ensure that vehicle tires and rims are safely guided into the applicator, preventing them from rubbing or scraping against the metal components of the wheel guides.
This roller is made from durable Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) plastic. This material is favored in the car wash industry for its excellent wear resistance and its soft nature, which prevents damage to sensitive wheels and rims.
Each end roller measures 5-1/2" long and features a 3/4" inner diameter for mounting. The presence of a tapered end on one side facilitates smooth, non-damaging entry for the vehicle's tires. Two of these end rollers are used on the beginning and end of the wheel guides on each side of the application unit.
