2-15/16" Dodge Pillow Block Bearing (P2B-SCUED-215)

This Dodge Pillow Block Bearing is a high-capacity, standard-duty component essential for supporting the main drive shaft at the exit end of the car wash conveyor belt assembly. Two of these bearings are used, one on each side, to handle the rotational and load stresses. Its Cast Iron housing provides exceptional strength and durability in the harsh, high-moisture wash tunnel pit environment.

The bearing is designed with contacted seals to effectively protect the internal components from water and debris while retaining the lubricant, which can be replenished through its relubricable feature. The 2−15/16" bore size ensures a robust fit for the drive shaft. With a high Dynamic Load Capacity of 14,872 lbs and a Static Load Capacity of 11,108 lbs, it is built to withstand the rigorous, continuous demands of a car wash conveyor.

Installation Note: This upgraded Dodge bearing requires a retaining bolt, specifically the 1/2"−13×3" Stainless Elevator Bolt (P-SS-1481), to be installed for proper operation. The retaining bolt is not included with this bearing. The bolt is necessary because the two-bolt base is not sufficient to hold this heavy-duty bearing rigidly against the powerful, continuous forces and vibrations of the conveyor belt, preventing the bearing from shifting (walking) on the frame.
