Superior Material and Processing

• 304 Stainless Steel Construction: Made from 18/8 stainless steel (18% Chromium, 8% Nickel) to prevent rust in high-moisture areas.
• Chemical Passivation: The entire unit is chemically passivated in a Nitric and Hydrofluoric acid bath. This process removes surface contaminants and enhances the natural "passive" oxide layer, making it significantly more resistant to various acids and detergents.
• Anti-Galling Design: Includes a replaceable 303 stainless steel nut. This is a critical engineering detail that prevents the screw and nut from "freezing" or galling—a common failure in stainless-steel-on-stainless-steel mechanical parts.
