The Tire Shine Shield Stainless Hinge is the component that makes the unique independent adjustment feature of the Hinged Tire Shine Shield possible. Installed in the wash tunnel, this hinge allows the manifold and shield to be mounted separately, giving operators precise control over both the spray application and the shield's position.

Constructed from Grade 304 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish, this hinge is engineered for exceptional longevity and superior resistance to rust and corrosion caused by the constant moisture and chemicals in the tire shine application area.

The hinge offers a 270-degree range of motion, providing ultimate flexibility for positioning the shield. It features four 1/4" mounting holes for secure attachment to the plexiglass shield sections.
