Tire Shine Shield Stainless Hinge

This hinge is used on the Tire Shine Hinged Shield unit in the wash tunnel. The hinge is what allows the Tire Shine Hinged Shield to separate the mounting of the manifold and the shield, allowing for more precise adjustments on both the spray manifold and the tire shine shield independently. Without this hinge, the shield would not be able to be flexible and separate like it does. It has four 1/4" mounting holes used to mount onto the shield. This hinge is made of stainless steel with a brushed finish to resist rust and corrosion while being used in the Tire Shine application. This hinge features a 270 degree range of motion for the ultimate flexibility for the Tire Shine Shield.
