Conveyor Belt Flush Spray Manifold

This manifold is used in the Tommy Dual Belt Conveyor system in the wash tunnel of the wash site. The manifold is used to spray water on the underside of the conveyor belt as it circulates under the take up and drive sections. This spray manifold connects to the Reclaim water system to receive the water needed to flush off the dirt and debris on the belt. It has five 1/4" coupling holes throughout the top of the manifold and 1/2" coupling holes on the ends of the manifold. The manifold is made of steel material and is 35-1/8" long. The tube of the manifold is 1" thick.
