Heated Blower Ultraviolet Flame Amplifier
This flame amplifier is used in the Heated Blower in the blower room at the exit of the wash tunnel. The flame amplifier is used to respond to flame detector inputs to indicate the presence of the flame in the Heated Blower unit. This unit has a 2-3 second flame failure response time and flame signal strength range of 0.0-5.0 VDC. It simply plugs into the 7800 relay module through printed circuit board edge connectors. There are color coded labels on the amplifier to identify the flame detection types.
