The Tire Shine Unit Dual Belt Conveyor - Hydraulic Kit is a premium, all-in-one system designed to upgrade your wash tunnel by offering a high-quality tire gloss application. This kit provides everything needed for both the Driver and Passenger sides, ensuring a consistent and impressive finish as the customer exits the wash.
The system is powered by robust hydraulic motors, which deliver consistent, reliable torque to the brushes (60-80 RPM). The frame is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features a leg mounting system tailored for dual belt conveyors.
A key feature is the new hinged style shield, which allows the spray manifold and the shield to be adjusted independently. This separation enables highly precise control over both the product application and equipment protection. The unit utilizes high-efficiency bristle-style brushes to actively buff the tires, creating that sought-after dark black "wet look."
For safety and longevity, the kit includes all necessary Black UHMW Plastic Covers to prevent vehicle tires and rims from scraping the stainless steel equipment, as well as a Tire Shine Bump Stop Unit.
