These blasters are strategically positioned at the wash tunnel entrance, typically near the Rainbow Coat Arch, to target the most soiled areas of a vehicle: the sides, wheels, rims, and running boards. They are exceptionally effective at removing tough road grime, mud, and caked-on dirt.

This set includes two fully assembled blasters—one for the driver's side and one for the passenger's side. Each unit stands at 35-1/4" tall and is mounted with four 1/4" holes. The blasters feature two vertical columns, each equipped with 10 high-performance rotating turbo nozzles. These nozzles take a 0-degree straight water stream and spin it at an impressive 1,500-2,500 RPM, creating a powerful 24-degree cone of coverage.

The system is built for high-demand, industrial use. The blasters are constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring they can withstand water pressures of 800-1,200 PSI and the corrosive environment of a car wash. With a nozzle flow rate of 2.0 GPM and a total system flow of 20 GPM, these blasters provide a high-impact cleaning force. The system typically uses reclaim water and is fed from a 3/4" hydraulic line on the ladder rack via a 1/2" water inlet port.
