Tire Shine Hydraulic Power Unit 2 HP Kit
This hydraulic power unit (HPU) is the core mechanical component responsible for generating the fluid pressure and flow necessary to operate the hydraulic cylinders or motors of the car wash's tire shine application system. The pump is a compact, single-stage unit specifically built to meet the rigorous demands and specifications of Tommy Equipment.
The HPU is driven by a 2 HP motor that runs at 3,450 RPM and operates on standard commercial 230/460 VAC,3-Phase power. The unit features a durable aluminum center adapter that acts as a manifold, housing a load-holding check valve and a VM01 cartridge relief valve, which is crucial for setting and maintaining a safe maximum system pressure of 750 PSI.
The complete kit includes two essential fittings: 3/8" Male ORB x 1/2" MJIC Elbow-SS fittings, which facilitate the connection of hydraulic lines. The unit's 1.6 gallon reservoir capacity and 3.8 GPM flow rate are optimized for the precise, controlled operation of the tire shine hydraulic functions.
This hydraulic power unit kit includes the power unit itself as well as two 3/8" Male ORB X 1/2" MJIC stainless elbows (P-WAT-2343).
