Metering Tips

These metering tips are used in the Detergent POD in the wash tunnel. These metering tips are used to control the amount of detergents that are mixed with water for the cleaning solution. They are color-coded to specify the exact rate of detergents that flow through them when determining the correct ratio of detergent and water in oz./min. The individual colors come in packs of 10 tips. The standard multi-color pack is a pack of 14 that consists of one of each of the following colored tips: Tan, Orange, Turquoise, Pink, Light Blue, Brown, Red, White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Black, Purple, and Gray. The ultra-lean multi-color pack is a pack of 4 that consists of one of each of the following colored tips: Burgundy, Pumpkin, Copper, and Lime. Please use the Metering Tip Chart under the Installation section to help determine the correct ratio for your application. This ratio also determines the strength of the detergent solution used.
