This coupler is designed to provide the wrap Mitter brush with more free-range movement, which is crucial for effective and gentle cleaning around vehicle contours.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, this coupler is built to withstand the rigorous and corrosive environment of a car wash. The base of the coupler measures 5.13 inches in length and 4.5 inches in width, providing a sturdy mounting platform.

The innovative design includes a rotating coupler that features tubes at both the top and bottom. The top tube, measuring 2.13 inches ID (Inner Diameter) and 2.5 inches OD (Outer Diameter) with a length of 3.8 inches, is designed to securely attach to the wrap arm frame. The bottom of the rotating flex coupler has a similar tube, strategically flipped 90 degrees, which attaches directly to the coupler's base. This entire rotating assembly, facilitated by precision, works to minimize stress and maximize movement.

Crucially, within each of these rotating tubes, a UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight) spacer is integrated. These spacers provide low-friction, high-wear resistance, ensuring smooth articulation and contributing to the longevity of the coupler and connected components.
