37" Tall Pre-Blaster Set with 1" Flare Nozzle

The Pre-Blaster Set is an essential piece of equipment for any car wash, designed to optimize both the cleaning process and the longevity of your conveyor system. This kit includes a driver-side and a passenger-side unit, strategically placed at the wash tunnel entrance to spray reclaim water onto vehicles as they load onto the conveyor belt.

Each pre-blaster unit stands 37 inches tall and is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and rust in the wet car wash environment. The 1-1/4" diameter manifold tube and 7-3/4" square base plate with four 5/8" mounting holes ensure a robust and stable installation.

The core of this system is the 1" flare nozzle located at the top of each unit. This nozzle is designed with a wide spray pattern and sufficient pressure to effectively cover the vehicle's front bumper and sides, loosening and removing dirt, mud, and sand before the vehicle enters the main wash cycle. This pre-soaking action improves overall cleaning performance.

A significant secondary benefit of this system is its contribution to conveyor belt longevity. The reclaim water sprayed by the pre-blasters not only cleans the vehicle but also cleans and lubricates the conveyor belt, reducing friction and wear and tear. This crucial function helps to significantly extend the lifespan of your expensive belt system. The taller 37" design allows for more adjustable nozzle positioning, improved coverage on taller vehicles, and better containment of overspray into the reclaim pit.
