37" Tall Pre-Blaster Set with 1" Flare Nozzle

This Pre-Blaster set is used at the wash tunnel entrance to spray reclaim water onto the front bumper and sides of the vehicle as it loads onto the conveyor belt. This helps loosen and remove dirt, mud, sand, etc. as the vehicle progresses through the wash tunnel. This also helps clean and lubricate the conveyor belt, significantly extending the belt lifespan. There is one Pre-Blaster unit on the driver side and one on the passenger side as the vehicle enters the wash tunnel. These Pre-Blaster units are 37" tall, 1-1/4" in diameter, and have a flare nozzle at the top that applies the water to the vehicle. These flare nozzles have a 1/4" Male NPT connector that inserts into the pre-blast manifold. These nozzles have a wide spray pattern, aiming to cover as much of the vehicle with water as possible while also providing sufficient pressure. The base plate has a 7-3/4" square diameter and has four 5/8" mounting holes. Each Pre-Blaster is made of stainless steel material and includes all the necessary plumbing fixtures, hoses, and hardware to properly install.
