The Drying Hugger Beater Bar with Clamps is a critical component for maximizing the drying efficiency of your car wash tunnel, specifically within the Drying Room. This robust beater bar is engineered to work in conjunction with your Drying Hugger brushes (E-M2031-K), actively beating out excess water as vehicles pass through.
Crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, this bar offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, ensuring long-term durability in the wet and demanding car wash environment. Its primary function is to help keep the drying hugger brushes as dry as possible, minimizing water and dirt retention, which is essential for delivering a clean and streak-free finish to side mirrors—a common area where water spots can linger.
The beater bar measures a substantial 5 feet (60 inches) in length and 1-1/2 inches in thickness, providing effective and comprehensive coverage. For straightforward installation, it comes equipped with two integrated 2-1/2 inch ID clamps on each end, allowing it to be easily and securely screwed onto the blower room arch. Two of these bars are typically required per wash tunnel, with one installed on each side of the drying room, positioned precisely next to each drying hugger brush. This item is sold individually.
