iPort Connect Pro WallStation (Black)
The CONNECT PRO WallStation is a completely redesigned system component that securely holds, charges, and protects the iPad when used in a fixed location. It provides wireless charging and mounting for iPads, allowing the tablet to remain usable while simultaneously charging. The iPad is held in place by a powerful magnetic mount that securely engages with the CONNECT PRO Case, ensuring the tablet will not fall or be damaged.
The WallStation is powered by DC voltage or can be upgraded with the optional CONNECT POE+ Upgrade (sold separately) to provide both power and a hardwired internet connection through a single Cat5 cable. The WallStation's physical design features a wall plate that matches the footprint of the older IPORT LAUNCH WallStation, making for a simple, clean upgrade swap. It is designed to install into any Universal 1G Box (including US, UK, and EU types) as a space reservation and a containing box for the electronics.
The station allows users to easily place the iPad in either Landscape or Portrait Orientation. The unit is highly durable, with a non-metallic, textured gray finish that is UV-resistant and noncorrosive, suitable for outdoor use.
