Tommy Heated Dryer

This heated dryer is used in the drying room at the end of the wash tunnel. There are usually two heated dryer units that blow high speed direct air at the top and sides of the vehicle as it exits the wash tunnel. The heated air from these heated dryers both help dry the water off the vehicles as well as keep the air in the dryer room heated and high in temperature. The design of these heated dryers allows them to maintain constant levels of water vapor in the air, allowing them to prevent an inrush of dry air from outdoors to affect the drying ability of the dryers. They provide a heating capacity of 900,000 BTU and are run on either natural gas or propane. The efficiency of these heated dryers help block cold air that comes from overhead doors, providing exceptional value for the wash site. These heated dryers have a stainless steel housing to resist rust and corrosion in the wet wash environment. The electrical components and gas controls are kept safe in weatherproof enclosures. This is for a single heated dryer unit. This does not include the frame, U-bolts, or mounting hardware.
