Tommy Classic Building, Equipment, and Concrete Cleaner is an unbeatable, high-foaming, alkaline, cleaning, degreaser that is blended to be an environmentally friendly, biodegradable solution, safe for all surfaces and team member use. This product is highly effective with its unique foaming action, by sticking to surfaces, and dissolving away dirt, grime, grease, etc on external and internal wash building structures, metals, stainless steel equipment, interior wash bay walls, and concrete.

It is important to follow Tommy’s recommended dilution settings for each surface.

Apply product to the surface and allow the foam to dwell for 3-5 minutes. Then, scrub lightly to remove excess dirt and stains and rinse thoroughly with water.

For heavy soils: Install a pressure washer foam cannon attachment to your bay gun and dilute as strong as 1:2 (50% product & 50% water).

For medium soils and everyday use: Target a 1:10 dilution
