The Tire Shine Shock Mount Arm Lean Back Kit is a performance-enhancing retrofit solution for the Tire Shine Applicator. This kit allows operators to strategically modify the mounting geometry of the shock or retract cylinder on both the driver and passenger sides of the wash tunnel.
By changing the angle of the mounting arm, the kit facilitates smoother brush travel and provides more predictable control over the brush's extension and retraction. The result is a more consistent and better application of the tire shine product, coupled with a significant reduction in arm failure often caused by brush over-travel.
The kit includes specialized components optimized for this geometric change:
- Tire Shine Shock Mounting Arms: Two arms are provided to retrofit both tunnel sides.
- Rubber Bumpers: Two units of a new, "Longer & Softer" rubber bumper are included for improved impact absorption and protection.
- Stainless Steel Hardware: Includes four stainless steel hex bolts for durable, corrosion-resistant installation.
