All In One Pump Station Hydraflex Booster Pump

This booster pump is used in the All-In-One Pump Station in the backroom of the wash tunnel. The booster pump is mounted onto the pump station and helps power water to the High Pressure Rinse Arch in the wash tunnel. There is a second booster pump used on the pump station that is served as a backup to the Grundfos booster pump in the case it would fail. These hydraflex booster pumps have a flow rate of 20 GPM and a voltage of 490 V. They are a three-phase pump and have quick connect ports of 1" for both the inlet and outlet water ports. There are 3/8" mounting holes used to mount these booster pumps on the pump station frame so they can be mounted vertically for the application. The pumps are made of stainless steel to prevent any rust and corrosion from occurring while being used.
