The P-WAT-2249 (1VEW4) is a precision-engineered plumbing fitting used to create a 90-degree turn in liquid lines. As a "street" elbow, it features one male threaded end (MNPT) and one female threaded end (FNPT). This design is highly efficient for tight spaces, as it allows the fitting to be threaded directly into a female port without the need for an additional pipe nipple.

Constructed from Red Brass (ASTM B584), this fitting offers superior corrosion resistance and durability compared to standard yellow brass or galvanized steel, especially when exposed to the water and chemicals found in car wash environments. It is rated for Class 125 service, supporting operating pressures up to 200 psi.

Tommy Car Wash System Application

Within Tommy Car Wash Systems, this street elbow is a critical component of the All-In-One High Pressure Pump Station. It is specifically utilized within the All-In-One Pump Assembly to manage high-pressure water routing, ensuring a secure, leak-free transition in the pump's manifold or supply lines.
