1/2" Bushings Wrap Brush Stabilizer Kit

This stabilizer ensures your wrap-around brushes maintain the perfect orientation and tension during operation, preventing "wandering" and ensuring a deep, consistent clean on every vehicle. The E-M2034-A is built to withstand the rigorous, wet environment of a 24/7 car wash. It acts as the mechanical "backbone" for the wrap brush arm, dampening unnecessary vibrations and providing the structural integrity needed to handle the torque of high-speed rotations.

The stabilizer uses a shock with 1/2" bushings to help control the movement of the wrap. It has everything needed to mount the stabilizer to the wrap frame and the arch frame. There is one of these stabilizers used on every wrap brush in the wash tunnel, therefore two of these are needed per combo unit. Each stabilizer is mounted to the wrap arm via the U-bolt connection side and the motor cage with the screw through connection side.
