Vacuum Arch Flexible LED White 8' Tube Light Kit

The Vacuum Arch Flexible LED White Tube Light Kit is a comprehensive lighting solution engineered to dramatically enhance the visual appeal and functionality of vacuum arches within car wash systems. This kit provides dynamic, customizable white lighting that can create striking visual effects and attract more customers. The flexible 8 foot LED light is specifically designed to fit along the vacuum arch in the tunnel.

The core of this kit consists of two Vacuum Arch Lighting - Bendable LED Linear Luminaires. These are flexible White LED tube lights designed to conform to the curvature of vacuum arches, providing continuous and vibrant illumination. They operate on 120V power for reliable performance.

To ensure secure and durable installation, the kit includes a range of mounting hardware, all selected for their resistance to the harsh car wash environment:

• (8) LED Light Tube Brackets: For mounting the luminaires.
• (8) 1/4" x 3/4" SS Hex Head Cap Screws & (8) 1/4"-20 18-8 SS Nylon Lock Nuts: Stainless steel fasteners for corrosion resistance and secure attachment.
• (8) Vacuum Arch Lighting Latch Mounting Clips - Non-Metallic: These clips provide additional support and a non-corrosive attachment point.
• (8) 2-3/8"-3-1/8" Worm Drive Clamps with Smooth Band SS: Stainless steel clamps for flexible and robust securing of the tubes.
• (2) Rubber Grommets, 7/16" OD x 1/4" ID, 1/8" t, Buna-N: For protecting wiring as it passes through openings.
