Versadial Detergent Pod

This Detergent POD comes equipped with the new Versadial Control System for better control of the detergents. The Versadial system is key to improving reliability and consistency with the chemical control used in the wash tunnel. By using a long torturous channel for the chemical control disk, this helps eliminate clogs, replacements, and decreases maintenance time spent on the Detergent POD. The Versadial System can eliminate the need to physically change metering tips by simply rotating the dial to the desired dilution. With 32 unique settings, the dial on each function in the POD delivers accurate draws and correct amounts of chemistry every time in use. This improved accuracy can also bring a cost savings to the site as well as improved wash quality. With improved accuracy, the correct amount of detergent will be used every time, resulting in less wasted detergent and/or better wash quality for the guest. This new system also provides a safer environment by reducing the need to interact directly with chemistry, decreasing the likelihood of chemical burns. Included with the Detergent POD is the stainless POD frame, manifolds, regulators, dials, injectors, detergent labels, 50 gallon detergent tanks, tubing, valves, fittings, etc.
