Water Treatment Center System used in the backroom of the wash site. This system combines the functions of the Reclaim and RO systems into one complete unit. The Water Treatment Center is built on a single stainless-steel frame with one centralized control panel. This system provides a 150 GPM Reclaim capacity, 10 GPM RO capacity, and 10 GPM Reject capacity. It is run on a mobile iPad that provides additional flexibility to the site to monitor both the Water Treatment Center and overall wash functions. An aerator is used instead of an ozone generator to allow for improved water quality in the reclaim tanks as well as reduced maintenance costs. The reclaim function solenoids and High-Pressure Rinse pump are both included in the Water Treatment Center instead of previously being installed on the All-In-One Pump Station. Included with this system is a dedicated trench flush manifold in the pit for water not in demand by the wash. Included with the Water Treatment Center is a skid of complimentary parts including a 10 cubic foot carbon filter tank, gravel, control valve clack head, resin funnel, carbon, etc.
