Tommy RO System - With Controller On Board

This Tommy Reverse Osmosis system is used in the backroom of the wash tunnel and provides the wash with the ability to provide a spot free rinse service. The Tommy RO System is the ideal solution for reverse osmosis water and spot free rinse service in extreme high performance express car wash tunnels. The unit will produce 10 gallons per minute using 50-80 degree water with incoming TDS under 500 PPM and up to 24,000 gallons per day if incoming water is tempered to 77F degrees. The proprietary RO unit takes pre-treated water through a full size granular activated carbon (GAC) filter to a 5 micron sediment filter to the RO pump which generates the flow and pressure needed to produce RO water. Four air operated solenoid valves combined with a programmable logic controller (PLC) provide control of the Grundfos pumps and ASCO pneumatic solenoids to allow a variety of system procedures. This complete, integrated unit has been engineered for years of trouble-free operation and low life cycle cost while minimizing required backroom space and installation complexity. This RO unit includes the carbon filter tank and all necessary components for install.
