The Tommy's Express Ceramic Wax Applicator Assembly is a premium, all-in-one unit designed to deliver a superior ceramic wax application and an engaging visual experience. This assembly is specifically engineered for use on the Ceramic Body Wax Arch, which is strategically located to provide an enhanced shine and reduce water spotting on vehicles.

The applicator is mounted at the top of the arch, ensuring a uniform and complete application of the ceramic body wax detergent from above the vehicles. The system utilizes a rain bar design, which brings the ceramic wax detergent from the Detergent POD to foam generators. These generators transform the detergent into a rich foam that is then applied through a 1-row rain bar and side foaming heads. Gravity ensures the detergent cascades down, providing complete vehicle coverage.

Beyond its high-performance function, this applicator assembly creates a memorable visual spectacle. A 6-foot RGB LED light bar is mounted behind the rain bar, which shines through the foam and creates the appearance of multi-colored detergent through changing red, green, and blue light patterns. A branded, half-round "Ceramic Body Wax" sign is mounted above the rain bar to clearly identify the service to customers.

This assembly comes as a complete kit, including the rain bar, foam generators and heads, the half-round sign, the RGB LED light bar, ladder rack mounting brackets, U-bolts, tubing, and all necessary stainless steel hardware. It is designed to be added to an existing arch, and it does not include the arch or side panel signage itself.
