The system is powered by robust electric motors, which deliver consistent, reliable torque to the brushes (60-80 RPM) for smooth operation. The frame is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and utilizes a leg mounting system tailored for dual belt conveyors.

A key feature is the new hinged style shield, which allows the spray manifold and the shield to be adjusted independently. This separation enables highly precise control over both the product application and equipment protection.
