Bearing assemblies in wrap-around brushes, mitter combos, and drive-chain assemblies require regular, high-pressure lubrication to purge water and prevent friction damage. Developing up to 10,000 PSI of pressure, this heavy-duty gun forces fresh grease into tight fittings, clearing out trapped tunnel water and abrasive grit. Fitted with a generous 18" flexible hose extension and a secure coupler, it allows operators to easily access buried grease zerks deep inside conveyor pits, overhead brush pivots, and tight motor mounts.
