The Scepter® JBX Junction Box provides a highly durable and non-metallic enclosure crucial for circuit protection and wire management in the demanding car wash environment. This specific model (5" x 5" x 2" deep) is molded from high-quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), ensuring complete non-metallic construction and inherent resistance to corrosion, rust, and most chemicals.
This junction box is intended for installation within a rigid non-metallic conduit system (PVC) or for independent use. It is utilized to safely enclose electrical joints, splices, and equipment wiring within the FloPro Detergent System and the Maintenance/Detergent POD units.
Key Protection Features:
The box is sealed with an IPEX proprietary gasket and secured by a screw cover, enabling it to achieve a wide range of NEMA ratings, including NEMA 4X (corrosion resistance) and NEMA 6P (prolonged submersion protection), making it ideal for the wash tunnel and outdoor applications. It is also supplied with knockouts for versatile conduit entry.
