Refurbished Clack WS2 Duplex Water Softener Control Head (2" FNPT)

This control head is a critical component for large-scale commercial water treatment systems, specifically the twin-tank (duplex) water softeners used in high-volume car wash environments. The duplex configuration is essential for maintaining a constant supply of soft water, as it eliminates the downtime associated with single-tank regeneration cycles. While one tank provides softened water, the control head automatically directs the other tank through its regeneration process.

The Clack WS2 V2CDDT series control valve is a durable and highly efficient system known for its robust construction and advanced controls. The control features a Timeclock (CD) operation, allowing for automated regeneration cycles to be scheduled based on time, and includes a 24 dot-matrix display for easy programming and system status viewing. The large 2" FNPT (Female National Pipe Thread) connection size ensures the control head can support the high flow rates required by commercial wash operations with minimal pressure drop.
