Tommy's Express Pi Exit TV Display Controller

This Pi controller is used for the tv at the exit of the wash tunnel in the blower room. The Pi controller converts signals from the MCP1 into images displayed on the exit tv. The controller is specifically programmed to display images on the exit tv only using a Raspberry Pi 4 system. For sites that currently have a Pi system, use this for replacing the Pi controller. For sites that are switching to the Pi system, use the retrofit unit (CCS-TX-PI-EX-RETRO-A).
