The Programmed 20 Station SMC Manifold is a complete, high-density pneumatic control unit engineered for the complex valve operations of the FloPro Detergent Delivery system. This module is a vital upgrade, utilizing the reliable SMC SV series and replacing cumbersome individual lead wires with a simplified internal multi-connector wiring design.
This specific configuration provides a large control capacity:
- 20 Valve Stations (Ports) are available on the backplane, powered by the included programmed Det. Pod SMC Module.
- It utilizes Serial Wiring with an Input/Output Unit, enhancing efficiency and simplifying diagnostics compared to conventional wiring.
- The manifold uses a robust Tie Rod Base (3000 series, EX250 type) construction for maximum stability and long-term durability.
- Built for the harsh wash environment, the manifold carries an IP67 protection rating, ensuring full resistance against dust and water immersion.
