Programmed 10 Station Manifold for Blast Gate Panel

This pre-programmed manifold is the electronic and pneumatic control hub for the automatic blast gates in the car wash system. It significantly simplifies the complex wiring and plumbing required for multiple solenoid valves. By utilizing an advanced serial wiring system with an integrated Input/Output (I/O) unit, it drastically reduces the number of individual wires running back to the main controller, improving system reliability and reducing installation time.

The manifold is constructed on a robust Tie Rod Base (3000 series), allowing for a maximum capacity of 20 stations (though this model is configured for 10). The unit utilizes a multi-connector system for internal wiring, which streamlines the process of adding or replacing valve blocks. With an IP67 protection rating, the manifold is highly resistant to dust and water immersion, making it exceptionally reliable in the harsh car wash environment. This system is ready to be integrated into the control panel, providing 32 inputs and 32 outputs for system diagnostics and control.

Crucial Note: This SKU provides the programmed manifold block and the electrical interface only. The functional solenoid valves (P-AIR-2244), which control the air flow to the blast gates, and necessary quick connect fittings/adapters must be purchased separately to complete the assembly.
